Abandoned and pushed to the max against the machines

Ethan Switch - Wednesday, September 13, 2006 - 17:58:25 - print it raw

To cry out and not have anyone acknowledge the pain. To whimper and scratch at posts with not a care in the world and not a witness to bear. It's the state of affairs when the higher ups, with their longer legs and longer arms, rush for their own sake and safety.

They'll leave you all alone fending for your own right. That's the rule of the wild and that's what makes raising the kids an easier experience. Such is the fate of any one still on the plains, and even worse still, of those living the death that creeps ever closer on each waking day.

Snakes killing and drinking with psychiatric needles

Ethan Switch - Wednesday, September 6, 2006 - 23:22:04 - print it raw

Mind games feed the waste of sanity into the churn master which creates butter of thought and the ease of stress. Rules of life know no steadfast partitions to lean against. Anything they do, others do better and with more sting in their stringy beings than yesterday's hero.

Multiplication and division of the species from the ground below wets up the slippery surface of the chase. On empty, and with no venom but for its tongue the undergrowth hides in full view the asps and adders.

Laughing at the giraffes with binoculars

Ethan Switch - Wednesday, August 30, 2006 - 23:53:32 - print it raw

Hearing enough for the jokes that riddle them, the canvas spreads out in directions across the rocks. From over to under and over on under, the scope of vision holds no truth to their predicament.

Chasing the animals in the zoo is like safari without the pressure or fear of having to return empty handed. Strip it all down, remove the walls, moats and small children and the feast is far more a different beast.

Watermelons are conscious and they want permission

Ethan Switch - Wednesday, August 23, 2006 - 23:44:22 - print it raw

Smashing pumpkins are one thing. Pumpkins that smash back is another scenario entirely. One fruity enough for the vegetables brained by the pressure of it all.

What starts out as a collection for omelettes branches out to the catering of a table complete. With no table, however, the setting is never complete.

Towers of yolk say good bye to zero gravity

Ethan Switch - Wednesday, August 16, 2006 - 16:54:18 - print it raw

From on high, the lay of the land starts off a cliched saying that leaves no room for fun. Fun which just happens to be on the menu and this time, it's an all-you-can-eat buffet. Only so long as the theme ingredient happens to be the eggs as they bomb from the heavens.

Running under the gun offers the benefit of knowing the end if taken down as the target. Doing it much harder on the scale of time, the stretch of albumen is sticky, gooey and tastes very different.

Refusing to leave with peacocks and kangaroos

Ethan Switch - Wednesday, August 9, 2006 - 12:49:48 - print it raw

Charmed, surely, for the fact of the matter is that there is nothing like pride to initiate a self destruct sequence. Strong arms on the side and a head full of stone, it's not without the pain of others having to bear the presence that leaves the flourish spectacular in its pomposity.

Pomposity, though, has no place here. In a barren landscape where the high point suffers from taking a bite in the back of the head, standing tall and proud brings every one down.

Finger your nose and keep a fresh and up-to-date eyeball on our latest reviews, articles and filthy somesuch. What is that?

Articles and all that more wordy stuff

Where in Kentucky - Mammoth Cave National Park
Monstrously, and seemingly neverending, sitting under the home ground of Colonel Sanders, the world's largest cave system. Yucatan comes nowhere close. Not even Cocklebiddy poses a threat. No comparison. Small holes looking up at a big fat long one. Sadly, with possible age and lack of food, no minotaurs to be found within the lime walls.
Homebrew Diary - Wheatbeer of misery
If what can turn a foul mood around becomes the harbinger of the foul mood, what happens next? Turn it into a learning experience. And when that learning curve makes a late break over the plate, you'd better start to swing away.
Homebrew Diary - Blackrock IPA + Hops
It doesn't take a big man to admit that he drinks. It takes a big man to get wasted and perform impromptu sermons naked from a balcony; raving upon the ravages of the insanity of stata bylaws and noisy offspring in adjoining arpartments...
