Glebova hands Universe to Zuleyka Rivera

Into the role of Miss Universe 2006, and heading the international cartel of the Miss (with members Earth, World and International later this year), Miss Puerto Rico, Zuleyka Jerris Rivera Mendoza. Installed as the 55th bearer of the crown.

Marking the return of Puerto Rico as the nationality of the defender, having held it four times previous, its Rivera's turn to hold the universe in check after the ceremonial passing from last year's Miss Universe, Natalie Glebova.

Launching the week on a scrot full of paranoia and heightened pressure, North Korea, currently under the regime of Kim Jong-il, set ablaze the world arms community firing not six, but eight test missiles.

Speculation is rife that the next step in the evolution of the program will include nuclear warheads strapping young deaths to the ends of the short-range missiles. Potential for nuclear war head deployment is still uncertain, though US reports report that Pyongyang is aglow with underground nuclear tests.

It's the sweetness that brings the tears. It's the tears that brings the salt. And it's the salt that brings the shots. Shots over ground and along the whistling of the long and tall grass. Blades for the green frequent witness to red soon cold enough into brown and black.

Running rampant with creaming publicity, an incident of sexual assault in the Big Brother compound in the early night vision hours of Sunday manages to pump the shaft of the series ratings. Trigger insomniacs watching the live streaming were the first and only to see the action play out.

At the centre of it all, pseudonyms for contestants Ashley, real name Michael Cox and John, real name Michael Bric. Straddling their bed as fellow housemate Camilla Halliwell took a face full of meat. Playful fun according to the two men. "Not cool," exclaimed Halliwell of the instance.
