On the jagged end of a broken bottle, a 22 year old Perth man has reluctantly helped to keep alive the spirit of Australia's Invasion Day. Despite suffering only minor injuries, the attack on his person recognises the colonisation centuries ago by the forefathers looking to unleash their cargo of prisoners.
Cut open, the Perth man's inaction coincides with celebrations all throughout the country as commemoration of the 1788 start of the slaughter and claiming of inhabited lands as void of life.

Sizzling with the heat of prayer made too long and a thought stuck on one, Nuan Tian Teng found his sweaty forehead seared with the mark of contemplation. A devout follower of the Buddhist faith, his skin was remarkably cool to the touch despite the exposed tissue below the surface of skin.
A vaunted regular at the Spice Boys Indian takeaway restaurant in the Hunter Connection, Teng was caught off guard by a remark made on his regular mid morning journey to the hole in the wall. Finding the mysterious concept too consuming, his thoughts lay his head on the bain marie for the weight and wait.

Yajaira Bruna, a young man many considered part of the few, was walking along an ill-lit street late on Friday night. Fresh from celebrations with his brethren, he was slightly inebriated and smelled of a hint of cumin.
His left shoe was missing and his walk staggered from a combination of his dragging toe, bloodied by the loss of nail, and the level of alcohol in his system.

Looking to keep alive the crew members aboard the Esperanza and Arctic Sunrise, Greenpeace took to temporarily turning their ships away from the bloodied seas made redder by Japan's whaling fleets of recent weeks. Focus is now on the companies which finance and profit from connections to the yearly slaughter and search of ingredients for delicate palettes.
More specifically, those with supermarket ties and product lines in various states and countries. Such as Gorton's in the US, Sealords in New Zealand and Nissui in Europe and various other locales shuffling the shame.

Down the lake with the putrid stench of marketing gone loose, US import show, Prison Break faces a more than accepting convergence of awareness. Parting cheeks wet with soapy water and a room full of criminals, the landscape for Australian television hype continues to reach deeper levels.
Last Thursday, with the movement of changing guards, Todd Ellis and Todd John Carr made leave of Silverwater gaol. Holding up work permits, like Jedi waving away Storm troopers, or Time Lords with wallets clasping papers dipped in telepathic ink, the pair suffered no troubles strolling back into society.

Willy is of jet black hair, mild complexion and appears fairly stocky despite having height on his side. Even though he grew up on a hut beside a lake, Willy never was one to swim further than the length of the watery graveyard. A bed of liquid which has claimed the lives of many wayward cattle in years past.
Balding for the respect of fashion models without compunction, Morris was a city dweller. A man rousing on the edge of suburban decay between the hidden nooks of skyscrapers and buildings that need window washers for the first floor. Made of moderate intelligence, his lot in life was riding on the backs of others for success.

With a sheer audacity none have seen for far longer than the distance between two unknown points, Claretha Jameson and Jenna Somer produced a stunning display of championship mettle on their battle for glory.
Swimming through spectators along a field of crimson pink with a rod of immensurable strength. Jameson vaulted her efforts above that of her arch nemesis. Somer, coming to grips with the gravity of the situation, was initially caught off guard before establishing herself with grappling hooks hidden underneath her soles.

With help from an extra leap second for New Year's Eve of 2005, the nation's drivers and passengers trumped last year's holiday road toll. Staggering through the doors of hell with an impressive 30 count corpse increase, the tally of 78 crumpled and charred remains leaves a high mark for the next Christmas and New Year period.
Showing a renewed effort over last year, Queensland rose to the challenge and added a baker's dozen to read 19. One short of the reigning champions. An effort which brought out all reserves to include those without licences to drive.
